1 can (400 g) in juice canned chopped tomatoes (I used puslitriuką its canned); 150 ml tomato puree

Oh, how nice to me these noodles ... how I wanted them, but their "village" could not be found. Feeling wore maybe three years, and still I found them. Maxima has everything (at least in Kaunas hyper), but not always :)
I imagined that it is possible to override these recommendations cooked pasta and treat them like pasta tubes (cannelloni). Unfortunately bath tub however, if they will not be significantly closed, the relatively hard, this is likely to be about half the time as indicated on the package, simmer, and then have įdarinėti. The second time - ideal for learning from mistakes.
Recipe - from 15min.lt, but perfect for my already previously tested version of the J. Oliver tubing. And, of course, easy to Lithuanian curd instead of ricotta is also well suited. In addition to the beauty of pasta shells advantage still is that convenient to stack the filling.
250g ricotta (suitable for semi-skimmed curd); 50-70 grams of spinach; olive oil; 1 clove of garlic (optional, but I really like it); 1 egg; 1 a. š. lemon zest, finely bath tub (I forgot); pinch of grated Parmesan cheese (I used the "cuddly"); pinch of ground / grated nutmeg; salt. For the sauce:
1 can (400 g) in juice canned chopped tomatoes (I used puslitriuką its canned); 150 ml tomato puree (unfortunately exerted their tomato vinegar sauce); olive oil; 1 onion; 1 carrot; 1 celery stalk; 2 cloves of garlic; a pinch of sugar; basil, black pepper, and salt.
First produced in the sauce: olive oil, fry the finely sliced onions, then put grated carrots, finely chopped celery. All in all a good fry. Then add minced garlic, saute for a minute. Add the tomato puree, chopped tomatoes, seasoned with a pinch of sugar, basil, pepper, salt, and everything baked for about 15-20 minutes. Pour sauce into a baking dish.
Cut the spinach filling, garlic break into pieces. Olive oil briefly fry the garlic, add the spinach and saute until spinach Sucre. Flavored with nutmeg, salt. Leave to cool. Then put in the Mix ricotta, beat the egg, lemon zest, finely placed, a pinch of grated cheese and mix everything well.
Spoon the filling into the pasta loaded and put down close to the tomato sauce. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese. Bake in 180 F oven for about 30 minutes. (Covering the first film to too much nesukeptų top). Enjoy it!
